Otelin çalışanları gerçekten çok ilgili ve cana yakınlardı. Türkleri çok seviyorlar çok ilgili davranıyorlar. Otelin eğlencesi çok güzeldi bi otelde kalıp sıkılmanızın imkanı yok. Animatör mateo ve yusufa ilgileri için çok teşekkür ederiz aynı zamanda waffle da çalışan arkadaşada çok teşekkür ediyoruz Yemeklerinde elbet sevmediğimiz şeyler çıkıyor ama elbet beğeniceğiniz güzel bir şey buluyorsunuz çeşitleri çok. . Bir de oda kartları sürekli bozuluyordu değiştirmemiz gerekiyordu.interneti kötüydü .Sürekli kopuyor ve çok yavaş onun dışında çok güzel bi deneyimdi. Dalış eğitmeni mahmoud abiye de çok teşekkür ederiz gerçekten çok anlayışlı bir insandı çok güzel bi eğitmendi genel olarak bütün çalışanları çok iyilerdi

Otel tam olarak fiyat performans oteli beklentiyi yüksek tutmamak lazım. Odaları eski temiz değilmiş hissi veriyor otelde sadece 1 adet ısıtmalı havuz bulunuyor animasyon ekibi başarılı yemekleri orta seviye sürekli aynı yemekler çıkıyor.

The hotel location was very far from all the entertainment places like nema bay and the old market It was not clean always find small cockroaches in my room At night the smell outside is awful sometimes we couldn’t sleep because of it

I recently stayed at this Hotel for 3 weeks ( Superior Room All inclusive! Here is a breakdown of my stay: check-in 45 min, first in line, last to get a room( left over room), the furniture looked worn out and outdated and the bathroom was even worse, cracked tiles…it was clear that this room hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. This room was in the back of the Resort and about 10 min walk to the Beach. The Beach was beautiful, but Bar staff were unfriendly and slow, and basic drinks like Cola Zero/ Pepsi Max options avaliable! The dining restaurant there were birds eating at the tables and around the food preparation area on the terrace. The staff did not seem to take any action to manage this, which raised hygiene concerns, see pictures! At the Beach, I witnessed a troubling situation where Bedouin children were trying to sell items. Insted of adressing it respectfully, hotel staff threw stones at them to chase them away! The ****** advertised as part of the hotel was actually closed permanently.
